So it’s nearing the end of my 3rd week in Japan. It’s only been a month but it felt like foreverrr. I miss homee, my family, my friends, my boyfriend, and my dog. The first two weeks was the hardest because settling in and just adapting to daily life away for the first time was a brand new experience for me. But now that school has started, I think time might fly by faster that I have something to do everyday and a schedule is set. I still have a lot of time to explore and adventure, so I’m not too worried about not enjoying my life here :]
But! I really miss my boyfriend and it has been really hard for us because of the time difference. Basically, I go home from school when he goes to sleep and then when he gets up to go to school, I go to bed. I am so proud of us though because we are both trying really hard to make it work, and it has been working :] It’s still surprising to think about how fast we became the most important person in each other’s lives and I just want him to know that I care and love him so much. We will be celebrating our 7 months when I get back and hopefully many more anniversaries to come! I love you baby.

Most recent green tea goodness. I finally found a good boba place near school! Matcha green tea bobaa, and then stumbled upon these other yummy snacks in the nearby convenient store. Made my day!!

About time right? Haha, I’ve just been really busy with adapting to the city and life here. Tomorrow is the last day of my first week of school. It’s pretty chill! This is the last weekend for the sakura so I will make the best of this beautiful sight before they’re all gone!~

I noticed that too! I was like "Oh hey, the Korean word sounds a lot like the Vietnamese". How fun :]
Hehehe I was really surprised when I learned it though, it’s been the only thing that’s similar in Japanese and Vietnamese that I’ve found >_<
